These are the most oversubscribed primary schools in Singapore, ranked by the number of applicants per available place at the latest ballot. Switch the phase below — competition differs sharply between Phase 2A, 2B and 2C. A higher ratio means more competition, and often that even families living within 1km were balloted.
Ratio = Phase 2C applicants ÷ vacancies at the latest year with a ballot. A ratio above 1 means more applicants than places. Distance priority (within 1km / 1–2km) still applies before any ballot.
