Most families without a sibling or alumni link register in Phase 2C, which is open to all. Earlier phases (1, 2A, 2B) are for siblings, alumni/staff, and school volunteers respectively.
Phase 1 is for children with a sibling already in the school. Phase 2A is for alumni, school staff, and committee members. Phase 2B is for school volunteers, grassroots leaders, and affiliated parents. Phase 2C is open to everyone else.
You register in the earliest phase you qualify for — you cannot skip to a later phase to improve your odds.
