Who is eligible for Phase 2C (Supplementary)?

  • Children who were unsuccessful in Phase 2C and still need a place.
  • You may only apply to schools that still have vacancies after Phase 2C.
Balloted if there are more applicants than places

How balloting & distance priority work

If Phase 2C (Supplementary) is oversubscribed, places are allocated in this order of priority:

  1. 1.Singapore Citizens living within 1km of the school
  2. 2.Singapore Citizens living between 1km and 2km
  3. 3.Singapore Citizens living beyond 2km
  4. 4.Permanent Residents within 1km, then 1–2km, then beyond 2km

A ballot is only held within the band where places run out. Distance is measured in a straight line from your registered home address to the school.
